IPPB Recruitment 2024 – Education Qualification
Candidates who wish to apply for this job must follow the education qualifications and fulfill all of the eligibility criteria stated in the India Post Payments Bank Limited (IPPB) official notice, the minimum educational qualification the candidate must have a bachelor’s degree or comparable qualifications from a recognized university.
Note: First preference will be given to candidate with MBA(Sales/Marketing). The candidate with prior experience in sales/operations of financial products will be desirable.
IPPB Recruitment 2024 –Age limit
Aspirants must be between the ages of 21 and 35. Age relaxation will be granted to restricted categories in accordance with government laws and regulations.
According to the IPPB official notification the upper age limit is relaxed by 3 Years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) , 5 years for SC/ST, and 10 years for PWD-UR, 15 years for PWD-SC/ST candidates & 13 years for PWD-OBC (Non-Creamy layer).
IPPB Recruitment 2024 – Salary/Pay Scale (per month in Rs.)
The bank would pay a monthly lump sum of ₹30,000/- (including of statutory deductions).
IPPB Recruitment 2024 – Selection Process
Selection will be made based on graduation marks, group discussions, and personal interviews. However, the bank reserves the right to select the candidate purely on the basis of graduation/MBA (marketing/sales) marks and/or to undertake an online test/group discussion. Simply meeting the eligibility requirements does not entitle an applicant to be called for an interview/group discussion or online test.
IPPB Recruitment 2024 – Application Fee / Intimation Charges (Non-Refundable)
SC/ST/PWD (Only Intimation charges) INR 150.00 (Rupees One Hundred and Fifty Only). For all others INR 750.00 (Rupees Seven Hundred fifty Only)
